[07:35:28] <chromas> I don't like the attitude of some of the devs, but systemd itself has been pretty solid for me for a few years
[07:37:03] <chromas> it integrates with cgroups and other modern Linux bits. One drawback with that is the output of mount is a whole screenful of nonsense.

[23:32:37] <fab23> chromas: there was the online Debian meetup in my country, and we could figure out why the upgrade got sideways and broke things. I had in /etc/apt/preferences.d/systemd a too broad block with 'Package: *systemd*', which should only have been 'Package: systemd*', so pseudo systemd packages needed to fullfil some dependencies still would be able to update/install.
